Just to be on the safe side, I want to ask a few questions about racial heritage.
1. Can a half orc/half elf take the racial heritage feat?
2. Can one take racial heritage at a later level other than the first?
3. Finally, can you use racial heritage to take fox shape feat? Would it work?

1: Yes, human required means half-human allowed.
2: Yes.
3: Yes...but it might not work if your GM was irritated by the idea. It's an expansion to kitsune's change shape by the description if not explicitly in the rules part, and racial heritage doesn't give you change shape.

he'll be bale to change into a cute little fluffy fox, that's far less worrisome then some of the other things this feat let you take.
(stone skin sla and +1 nat ac or immunity to electricity at level 1 human for exmaple)
