Chuko Sharpbeak and *Hooks*. What *Hooks*!?

Some background: I've been statting out the NPCs in Hell's Rebels. My party has a fondness for a certain tengu ex-adventurer, particularly after he took the Fushi sisters under wing. They call him "Uncle Chuko" and he's been an ally of the Ravens from book 1, long before the AP suggested. Regardless he makes a good backup PC in case I need one, especially since my party is 9th level now.

The question is: Does anyone know anything about him? I know he was an old PC of James Jacobs. I've run into a wall in trying to determine what the "hooks" in his name stand for. I presume he's a TWF build, but there's not really weapons that fill the role properly. I'm thinking he probably uses two light weapons?

This may be a mystery lost to time unless the T-Rex graces us with his presence, so any speculation is welcome. Has anyone else given him a statblock? If so please share!

Btw: I am keeping him as a ranger/rogue, though for the rogue I'll substitute unchained.

Chuko was indeed one of my PCs several years ago. The "hooks" in question are his talons; he often made threats of using his "hooks" on NPCs who bothered him, despite the fact that he didn't actually have natural attacks with his feet.

I made him a ranged fighter/ranger due to my group's make-up and needs at the time. I had a few of the Silver Raven NPC's statted up for the Masquerade in particular at level 9 but thankfully they were not needed.

The best source for Chuko is probably here. In Jason Bulmahn's Eberron campaign, played in D&D3.5, he was a kenku scout (i.e. a movement-focused skirmisher, sans spells), acquired and used a lucerne hammer in combat despite scouts not being proficient, didn't take Sleight of Hand or Bluff on principle despite being something of a kleptomaniac and hoarder of trivial oddments, and fought mostly humans and undead til fourth level, when a goblin did him in.

I have the following for him in PF1, running with the above, with the knowledge in In Hell's Bright Shadow that he owns a +1 frost lucerne hammer, and with the statline we have for him there and in A Song of Silver:
