Well, not to be a beggar, but Dardanius cannot afford the belt now. I have 2788 gp on hand (vs. 4000 sticker price). I'd say that the belt isn't necessary (knock on wood). But I wanted to put the info out there in case anyone is feeling generous.

The river does not enter the town at all but runs outside both the town and the keep, flowing down into the pass towards Adoran. You surmise that there must be a few cisterns that are fed by pipes from the river, but there was nothing in easy view from your previous walks of the town.
The Keep is built near enough to the cliff that it prevents any reliable siege from that direction, but it is not built into the cliff. You believe you could use magic to climb/levitate you way into the yard of the Keep behind the curtain wall. No way to climb or rappel into it.
You have had 2 nights of full moon and know there is at least one, maybe two, nights remaining.

Yeah, I regretted typing it in the morning. Been DMing 5e for some friends and got used to the more generous smiting paladins have in that edition. Especially when I saw your celestial summon! Oops.
