Full Plate Armor

Rules Questions and Gameplay Discussion

Full Plate and Half Plate armors appear to be word-for-word almost identical. The only difference I could find was one used a semicolon where the other used a period... but not in a way that appears to change any of the functionality of the card.

Did I miss something, or is one of these cards this a misprint that should have a different number on it somewhere?

The only thing that comes to mind is the stated intent not to have more than one copy of a card anymore - so if you want more of this thing, you have to wait for the Full Plate. Granted, that would be a pretty poor excuse for having two identical cards with the same powers (and since I assume Half-Plate has a lower CtA - it actually ends up being *the better* card!).

I'm guessing a typo. Old style full plate vs half-plate, the power differences was that full could be recharged to reduce damage by 4 and half recharges to reduce by 3. Maybe the intent was that new full plate should be draw to reduce damage by 3?

There are not completely identical. Full Plate has a higher level which some characters care about. Although they do seem to have the same powers.
