I'm looking to flesh out some final details for a character I'm developing for a new campaign.
I can post the full build if it matters, but for now I'll post what seems relevant.
Race: Human (Varisian)
Racial Traits: Eye for Quality, Fey Magic, Fey Thoughts
Classes: Cavalier/Hunter
Concept: A teamwork/mount focused melee character
I'm looking for advice on what 0 level druid spells I should pick.
Fey Magic gives me 3 0-level and 1 1st-level druid spell which I can cast once per day. I've picked urban because it makes sense for his backstory. These will be spells that I won't be able to use all the time and even when I can use them, only once per day. I've pretty much settled on Rite of Centered Mind for my 1st level spell, but you're welcome to make a case for another 1st level spell that you feel is better.

A once per day cantrip isn't going to make or break any build, so if you have something that you think fits the 'theme' best, don't hesitate to take that instead. A lot of the best 0-level spells are good because they can be cast multiple times.
That said, my choice would be
Stabilize: Seldom (hopefully) needed but really nice when needed, especially for a character without other healing magic.
Create Water: Enough to keep you alive in a desert, once a day is often plenty.
Mending: You can't fix much each day, but eventually you can fix just about anything.
I would not suggest Rite of Centered Mind. It is a good spell for a once a day ability, since it lasts 24 hours, but the problem is that it is a resistance bonus and will not stack with a cloak of resistance which you will still want.
I'd be inclined toward goodberry, as it lasts a while, gives you some minor healing, and lets you survive without other rations if needed.

Main question I always have is if you are building a character that knows the group already, or will be introduced. If you know the party, you can work with them on stuff they already cover, if any of them do. But for a solo build, I like:Create water, Purify food/drink, and either detect magic, or Mending.
The first two help greatly with survival in the wild and tough locations, and the last can either help in a dungeon, or repair armor/weapons damaged by acid/fire/rust etc.

This really depends on if you have an actual divine caster in the group and if you have an arcane caster. If you do not have a divine caster Create Water, Purify Food and Drink and Mending are mandatory. If you do have one, you don't really have need any particular cantrip.
As for your first level spell... Feather Step helps your mount a great deal, but becomes outdated. Ant Haul only becomes great at level 4 (that's when it covers a full day's march) but it helps with carrying a lot of loot home or just moving heavy things since animal companions are high strength quadrupeds. Obscuring Mist is versatile and doesn't go bad unless you're facing things with blindsight (Dragons) 24/7.
The big one however is that Fey Magic gives you Spell-Like Abilities, which don't have material components. There are only two first level druid spells with an expensive component, but having Rite of Centered Mind up every day for free is a big one. I'd say this is cheese, but Fey Magic is otherwise underwhelming
A once per day cantrip isn't going to make or break any build
Not taking Mage Hand can easily break an Arcane Trickster.

thank you for the input so far.
stabalize, create water, mending and purify all make sense to me since they're spells that you miss when you need them and dont have them, but don't tend to get cast all the time.
As for the group, we will be meeting for the 1st time in character but character creation hasnt been without consideration for what other players are making.
i know we will have the following:
a slayer
a cleric of serenrae
a gun paladin
a psychic sorcerer
as for my own build, the plan is to pick up hunter at level 2. This is part of the appeal for rite of the centered mind. I'll be able to make use of it without it being prohibatively expensive. Even once it's overshadowed by a cloak of resistance I can still make use of the free re-roll.

I really like Spark. The ability to light a fire at will, at a distance, with the mere power of your mind, is definitely something that should be useful in most campaigns.
I agree, it can be a very useful spell. But if it's useful enough to warrant wanting to use it more then once per day then I'm probably better off just picking it as one of my 0 level hunter spells.

I asked this very same question recently
Linkified.
The Rite of the Centered Mind does overlap with the cloak, but it also gives a re-roll on a save. That can be worth a lot.
Of the cantrips, I think consideration should be made for the following:
Enhanced Diplomacy: 1/day +2 Diplomacy for a face character could be the difference for making a skill check.
Light: Should you ever get separated from the light bearers, it is nice to have your own light.
For the 1st level spell, consider these:
Cheetah’s Sprint: You get a quick boost of speed 1/day.
Longstrider: More movement for hours
Recharge Innate Magic: Reset your use count of these spells!
Tears to Wine: Hep out on skill checks for a lot of people for 10m/l
