Hey guys,
I'm building a blind swordsman that utilizes the blind master feats (I know it's a big disadvantage, but I like the characters personality better than having the best build so I think I'll be fine!). And he starts out at level 5. I didnt want this character to have alot of dex because most of the benefits of dex is negated because if any ranger is attacking him outside his blindsight range, hes flat footed. So I wanted a high flat footed. But I thought it would be cool doing a twf build.... haha I know, contradicting character concepts. But I decided that I could try the Slayer class, allowing me to get TWF ignoring the prerequisites (using the ranger's combat styles). But to help with getting my sneak attack I was thinking about picking up the fient feats (because he is blind he actually gets a bonus to fients). But feats like improved two-weapon fient would be perfect but it says it requires 15 dex... (probably because you need TWF to get it.. but I got TWF without an 15 dex...) so after this long explanation, I was wondering if you guys know about any way to bypass the dex requirement for things like the two-weapon fient feats? (Also if you have any other suggestions that you think my character could go, I would take any suggestions, I love hearing about builds and ideas!)
Thanks,
Mchawi

This will cost you an extra feat, but in the long run it’s better.
Two-weapon Feint works fine with Greater Feint. You don’t need Improved Two-Weapon Feint at all. In fact, until you have an iterative attack (or regularly have haste), you don’t even need Two-Weapon Feint.
Go Combat Expertise, Improved Feint, Two-Weapon Feint (around 5th), Greater Feint at 7th (assuming 6th level slayer talent is Improved Teo-Weapon Fighting).
Greater Feint makes them flat footed against *everyone* until the start of your next turn, so they’ll be flat footed against the rest of your attacks and everyone else’s attacks. That’s everything Improved Two-Weapon Feint does and more.
Until you have more than two attacks, Improved Feint is better than Teo-Weapon Feint. You still only get one attack with either feat, but with Improved Two-Weapon Feint you take a -2 to-hit.
I ran a TWF Feint build ninja for several years in PFS, and eventually came to that as the best option.
