Shouldn't the Urban Perils Expansion be Flip-Tiles instead of Flip-Map?


Any chance the spiral of bones comics collection(s) will make it in time for this run? I don’t think it’s showing on Paizo,com yet but should be available from Dynamite by then.

Sorry for the belated response. It looks like there was a hiccup for a bit where that book was not showing as a starting option, but that should be fixed now. You should see that as an option for starting subscriptions here. Please don't hesitate to ask if there are any further questions we can help out with.

Hey folks,

The report is still going, it's roughly 1/3 of the way done now. I'm going to let it run overnight, but I wanted to let everybody know that Paizo will be closed tomorrow in anticipation of the incoming snow storm. It is possible that this report could crash overnight and not get through everybody's accounts. If it is safe to do so, I may try to swing by the office tomorrow morning to get it restarted before the snow starts. However, if I'm unable to do so, we'll have to restart it again next week.

Additionally, we are currently forecasted to get even more snow on Monday and possibly Tuesday, so there is a possibility of Paizo being closed or delayed early next week as well. We'll be playing it safe and taking things as they come.

Rest assured, we'll make sure these orders get generated as quickly as possible, and we'll try to get any cancellations or order concerns out of the way before we begin shipping. Of course, we'll keep you as up-to-speed as possible on subscriptions in this thread, so please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.

Thanks for your patience and understanding. I hope everybody stays safe and warm!

Thanks. The other day I managed to hunt down a screen that allowed me to choose it to start with. I believe it was on the actual AP sub product page instead of the usual other spots (AP overviews, the volume itself).

Hi Steve! I'm sorry your question got a little bit buried when we were still trying to figure out what was going on with this. It looks like the Spiral of Bones hardcover is available to preorder now, but it is unlikely to be here before this months' subscriptions go out. Sorry for the holdup!

Hi everyone,

It looks like our report crashed a bit after 1am this morning. I was able to make it back into the office this morning, so I've got it back up and running again. It should be able to cruise along for a good while on its own now, so hopefully it'll finish up. It'll be first thing on my list to check into when we're back in the office next week.

Will the PDFs of subscription products drop on monday? I can wait for the paper copies, but to have the PDFs would be nice.

Individual PDFs are granted when individual orders ship, which, according to the OP, will be anytime between Monday (probably delayed, if the weather doesn't improve) and Friday the 22nd.


They are expecting another two snow storms this week alone so I'm guessing their shipping schedule is going to be all sorts of delayed.

Being someone from the puget sound area... I can say that It might actually be Baba Yaga. Had to remove over a foot of snow from my truck to go rescue my wife who was stuck last night. I saw many snow golemns on the way. And it is snowing right now as I speak.

It's the same over here on the eastside of the state. I think Baba Yaga is trying to turn Washington into Irrisan. Brrrrrr!


Is there any way to make sure that all of my book subscriptions arrive in one package, instead of being split over two or more?

I am being hit hit by some ridiculous handling fees by my country's postal system (roughly 22 USD per package) for evaluating the import fees/taxes (which of course are a separate charge), and it would be a lot less painful if it all came in one package.

While we do not have a default option that selects for least amount of packages, I do see that one of your shipping options is Mail Innovations International for $13.44 which will ship your items in one package. Selecting this method as your default should be the cheapest way to reliably ship your items in one package.

Please let me know if you would like me to change to this shipping method for your currently pending order. Thank you!

Folks, after talking to the warehouse, they earliest we are going to start shipping subscriptions would be tomorrow. Our shipping window does go until the 22nd and I think we can still make that estimate.

The warehouse started shipping this morning when they arrived, but CS then determined we still had a number of outstanding subscription issues from customers. The warehouse briefly halted subscription shipping for us to resolve those and we should be restarting shipping now. Thanks for your patience with the wild weather delays.

We resumed shipping on the afternoon of Friday, Feb 15th, and the warehouse is still aiming to respect the February 22nd shipping end date. We will update if that estimation changes. Thank you!


Was wondering if all subscription shipping was completed today? My order history says completed, however I did not get an email stating it had been shipped.

Disregard, after looking over the forums again, I found that there is an email issue now.

Just updating to say that the warehouse team was able to finish up shipping subscription shipments on Monday the 25th. Due to our automatic email systems having problems during the past week, it is possible that a payment failure notification or other information regarding your order may have been lost.
