My first question is about tiger stance (page 99), it says while in tiger stance, "you can step 10 feet as long as your speed is at least 10 feet." Does that mean when I use 1 action to turn tiger stance on I can also move 10 ft? Or instead of taking a 5ft step I can take a 10ft step while in tiger stance? If not, how does this work?
Next question is with regards to Tiger Slash (page 101), it costs 2 action points to use tiger slash. it says "This strike counts as 2 attacks for purpose of multiple attack penalty". How does using flurry of blows and tiger slash interact?

For the step, it is your latter guess, that when taking the Step action you can go 10 feet with it (This is hilarious on a character with the Elf Step ancestry feat).
On Tiger Slash, it doesn't directly interact with Flurry of Blows specifically. Using Tiger Slash automatically bumps your Multiple Attack Penalty for any following attacks up to -10 (Or rather -8 since Tiger Stance attacks are Agile). So any attacks after Tiger Slash would be at that penalty, including attacks from Flurry of Blows.

Tiger Swipe is actually really nice. Make your first attack at normal, then Tiger Swipe as your second attack at -4 (since its agile) for +2 dice damage and if you crit 1d4+str mod bleed damage. Since Tiger Swipe doesn't have the open condition like Power Attack does it is a far more useful feat.
But yes, it doesn't combo with Flurry of Blows at all and even if you did have 4 actions in a turn doing both would basically end up wasting your 3rd/4th action since your MAM(multiple attack modifier) would be so high you probably won't hit anything unless it is significantly lower level then you are.

Though to be fair Flurry of Blows isn't quite useless. First 2 actions Tiger Slash, 3rd action Flurry of Blows, if your initial attack had 50% chance to hit then these have 10% each. Not great. But if your party is buffing and debuffing effectively you should easily be looking at 65-75% hit chance on the first attack, meaning 25-35% chance on the flurry attacks. Much better.
And that's assuming you're attacking a foe same level as you. This is worse against higher level enemies but lower level enemies are pretty common.
Not to mention that just because you have Tiger Slash doesn't mean you'll never use Flurry. They are two very different abilities with different applications. A super attack for 2 actions and two normal attacks for 1 action. First round of combat in particular you likely won't have the actions to enter Tiger Stance, approach your foe, and use Tiger Slash, but you could likely enter stance, approach, and Flurry of Blows.
Same with any other time you need 2 of your actions in the round elsewhere. Maybe you need to move and want to do something else with an action, like Demoralize or draw a potion or something, leaving 1 action for Flurry. Or maybe you need to draw and drink a potion, leaving 1 action for Flurry.
It definitely has its situations where it will come up, as well as potentially times where you will just want more weaker attacks instead of a heavy hit (Like against lower level foes where you have a high hit chance so a flurry of attacks may be more effective).
So they definitely aren't mutually exclusive, rather it's simply an expansion of your options.

Uh.
Nothing stops you from using Tiger Slash as your flurry. Flurry states "you make 2 unarmed Strikes" and tiger slash is an unnamed strike action. The stance is a separate action, that by taking, you are allowed to make tiger slash attacks.
Look also at Crane Stance. While in the crane stance you cannot make attacks other than came wing attacks, surely you should still be able to flurry...

I believe he's referring to the 2-action special attack granted by the Tiger Slash feat, not the Tiger Claw attacks granted by Tiger Stance.
He was asking if he can somehow use Flurry of Blows to get an extra attack with the Tiger Slash feat or anything like that, which you can't as they are completely separate actions.
You are correct though of course, the Tiger Claw attacks granted by Tiger Stance can of course be used in Flurry.
