Does any religion use temple prostitutes? If so what class would they be? I would guess usually monk or (anti)paladin depending on the god.

Calistria. Most of them are problably of a NPC class (adepts, commoners, experts, possibly aristocrats for the more luxurious ones). From the PC classes, the most fitting are cleric, bard and rogue. There is also a prestige class Enchanting Courtesan.

There is also the Courtesan NPC class from 4 Winds Fantasy Gaming.

Worth pointing out that, according to the lore, it's specifically the Chaotic Good branch of the church of Calistria that supports the temple prostitutes (or is supported by them, of course).

Antipaladin/Vivisectionist seems like a good pick for a Temple Prostitute of Ragathiel.

Dyrianna of House Avenstar is the ranking sacred prostitute and manager of the Pleasure Salon of Calistria in the Ascendant Court district of Absalom. Her alignment is Chaotic Neutral and one source gives her class as cleric.

If you want to go for a "prostitute with a heart of gold", Lymnieris might be a better choice. Calistria is very much not nice (as vengeance ranks at least as high as lust in her priorities).

I think only Calistira's church combines sex positivity with the mercenary streak that springs to mind...

Like, Arshea's church might have a couple... if the local chapter has members who are into that sort of thing.

...

Zon-Kuthon's church might have some, er... variations on the theme.

Second vote for Lymnieris. He is a deity that is both criminally unknown and underused. He even explicitly has prostitutes as part of his portfolio.

There are a few evil gods that would go that route, but I am not interested in revisiting them, at present.

But basically it'd be Lymnieris and the (CG branches) of Calistria.

I will note that Arshea, Shelyn, and Urgathoa all could have temple prostitutes without leaving the faith, but Arshea is more about freedom in sexuality, Shelyn is more about love of all sorts (of which sexuality is only a part), and Urgathoa is... well, actually, being the deity of over-indulgence, Urgathoa's pretty perfect, but, uh, likely has a very limited clientele.

If you're okay with "almost-but-not quite god(s)" you have Nocticula, as well, who literally has those that cater to fiends (and other immortals) in her realm and beyond (one notable one being in Golarion).
WARNING: That article contains spoilers for no less than three adventure paths, and is also under a state of major revision!

Hope that helps!

I could defintely see Abadar having some to make more money for the church

The reason I picked Monks and (anti)paladins is due to their disease immunity which would certainly come in handy (ok, the antipaladins are immune but still spread disease however being CE I doubt they care).

Given that temples are where you go for 'remove disease' spells, I wouldn't be too worried about that aspect.

Although, it does open up a nice business plan for Evil temples; one service creating demand for the other.

Apparently a lot of Besmera's priestesses are just prostitutes with a 'Pirate Queen' costume and a holy symbol.

I'm sure I read that her evil temples sometimes used prostitutes to gather blackmail material ect.

Calistria's relationship with prostitutes is a really interesting element of Golorian; they can't be so marginalised when a major world religion is actively promoting the profession. Basically, Jack the Ripper wouldn't have got far when the church of vengeance was looking out for his preferred victims.
