There comes a time in a Minnesotan gamer's year when the distant sounds of dice rattling in the Scandinavian Ballroom at the Crown Plaze in Plymouth Minnesota reaches their ears! It is the time that they realize that Con of the North, the longest running games convention in Minnesota is coming soon!
Come join us in the adventure of a lifetime, where you will get the chance to join 1500+ of your best friends in games and camaraderie! We will be having 24 tables (or more?!) of Pathfinder Society, Starfinder Society, Pathfinder Society Playtest, and Pathfinder Adventure Card Game! This will span seven 5 hour sessions from Friday, February 15 through Sunday, February 17, 2019!
Not convinced? This is your chance to "Game like a Minnesotan!" You know you want to! See all the shenanigans! Play the finale to The Solstice Scar! Get the chance to meet some up and coming Organized Play authors (more on this later)! Remember, you're all Minnesotans to us!
Registration for the Con of the North takes place on their site, conofthenorth.org, if you haven't done so already!
Additionally, we will need volunteers to run all of these games! Please volunteer to GM as many or as few tables as you would like at MNPOP CotN Volunteer Form 2019. If you choose to only run games (you do not have to run all seven sessions, but cannot play at any tables), you can sign up as a "referee" when registering at the Con of the North to get in for free!

Right now I'll put it into the 'maybe' category, if that's okay?
I'm not sure where I'll be sitting financially after the new year and some more than likely dental work, but it's at least on the scope?
Oh, it is very likely to be below 60F. Last few it has been in the area of 30-40F, which is unnaturally warm for us, but within the last five years we've even seen one at 20 below!

Good day, Pathfinders and Starfinders!
We are in desperate need of volunteers for Con of the North! We need your help!
It is getting close to the time when we need to submit our scenario requests for Con of the North! At this time we are very short on volunteers, as we still need to fill over 90 GM seats. If we cannot fill all of the GM seats, we will not be able to offer our full schedule this year.
If you are able, please volunteer at CotN 2019 Volunteer Form! If you have already volunteered, and are willing to do more, please add some more tables to what you have already volunteered for. Thank you for helping!
Other than our normal incentives, there will be a new set starting at 4 session.
Volunteering for 4+ sessions (new incentives!):
- Other than the invitation to join our slot-0s, and earning your GM boon, running at least 4 sessions will earn you additional incentives, including:
- A limited-edition PFS die!
- At least one additional PFS boon (from years’ past!)
- Our eternal admiration
- Other fabulous prizes (to be determined as we get them)!

Yay! That's one! Only three more to go to have a table!
I was going to play this on Saturday, but only two tickets for that table had been pulled. From my experience last year, I know how hard it is to fill the higher tiered SFS games so it makes sense for me to move to a table with more players. I've also let the other ticket holder for that Saturday table know that they should switch, too.

I didn't want to kill someone's Saturday table. I just want my end-of-con one to make. Sunday afternoon is such a crapshoot at Con of the North -- though last year we all had a pretty good time when you all folded onto my table. It was a very silly group.

Also March at CoNfUsIoN...lots of people will be there for even more "good" photos!We'll need to show you the "good" fotos in person, though....I am looking forward to plenty of pictures from this one ^^ have a great time ^^
