Currently the only way is the Human Ancestry Feat that grants you access to an uncommon weapon of your choice. Though since it's exotic you'll need to spend a general feat to get proficiency since that human feat doesn't automatically give Training. Or be a Fighter, though then you'll probably want Exotic Weapon Training.
Other ancestries could get this too but at more cost, they need the Adoptive Ancestry General Feat and THEN they can take the Human feat.

You’ve familiarized yourself with a weapon from
another ancestry or culture. You gain access to an uncommon
weapon with an ancestry trait of your choice. This doesn’t change
your proficiency for that weapon. For more about weapons, see
page 178.
Sawtooth sabres don't have an ancestry trait, so I believe it's not a valid choice for Unconventional Weaponry.

Oh, my bad. Forgot about the ancestry bit.
Yeah, looks like it's just GM discretion then, like the uncommon spells and magic items.
Though judging by a piece of artwork in the book I feel like Red Mantis Assassin may make it into the final book as a prestige. Maybe it was added in anticipation of that giving you access?
