When you loose the dying condition it is usually replaced with wounded.
Ex: 0 HP & Dying 1 -> Healed for 10 HP -> 10 HP Wounded 1
Page 23 and 24 of update 1.6
EDIT: Honestly dying seems like the unnecessary condition at this point. They could go back to the original rules and just change the name to wounded and it would be pretty similar. 0 HP and wounded 4 or more = death.

Important distinction, you don't replace dying with wounded. When you get rid of Dying your Wounded condition increases by 1 (If you didn't have the condition then you get Wounded 1). So if you go to dying 3 but don't yet have the Wounded condition and then are healed, you become wounded 1, not wounded 3. Or if Dying 3 (or any other value) and wonded 1, when healed you become wounded 2, etc.
And as for what wounded does, any time you gain or increase the Dying condition while Wounded, it goes up by an extra amount equal to your wounded score.
So say you're Wounded 1 and Get KOd, you go to dying 2 instead of 1. Or you're critted down, you would get dying 3 instead of 2. And if you are for example dying 2 and wounded 1 and then get hit again or fail a recovery save (Or crit fail, whichever adds 1 to your Dying score), you got from dying 2 to dying 4 instead of 2 to 3.
It basically makes being KOd and revived repeatedly very dangerous as each KO takes you towards death's door at a faster pace than the last one. Even if you don't have any failed recovery saves, aren't hit when down, and aren't KOd by any crits, you probably can only safely be KOd and revived 3 times. After that you'd be Wounded 3, and a fourth KO would make you Dying 4 immediately, death for most characters.
All that said, Wounded disappears once you've been above 0 HP long enough. I think it's 10 minutes.

Good point.
