Help a newbie with his build (kensai bladebound magus / duelist prestige)

Hello everyone,
I'm new to pathfinder (been playing mostly savage worlds) and I'm about to game with some guys who I know play a lot of pathfinder so want to come in with a character that can hold his own and would like your help with building him.

The idea is a piratey swashbucklery spell using swordfighter, hence the magus kensai bladebound (and later duelist prestige)

So heres some info:
Starting level 4 / 1 trait (Regional: Metamagic Master {Shocking grasp})

Race - Human (extra feat and +2 stats seemed nice)

Rolled stats
Str 12
Dex 18 (17+1 from lv4)
Con 15
Int 19 (17+2 from human)
Wis 14
Cha 14
Plan on increasing Int at 8th and con at 12 then probably to dex for final 2 but will see

Favoured class bonus - +1/4 arcana point (cos bladebound diminishes it)

This is where I though I should prestige into duelist as the rest of the stuff you get staying kensai bladebound magus doesnt seem all that interesting when compared to the duelist stuff.

lv13: Prc Duelist 1 -
Feat? / Canny defense {+1 AC [21]} / Precise strike {+1 damage}
lv14: Prc Duelist 2 -
Improved reaction +2 {Init +10} / Parry {Another parry per turn which i can choose the power of seems nice} / Canny defense {+2 AC [22] } / Precise strike {+2 damage}
lv15: Prc Duelist 3 -
Feat? / Canny defense {+3 AC [23]} / Precise strike {+3 damage}
lv16: Prc Duelist 4 -
combat reflexes {Very handy with the flamboyant arcana letting me use an aoo to parry} / Canny defense {+4 AC [24]} / Precise strike {+4 damage}
lv17: Prc Duelist 5 -
Feat / Canny defense {+5 AC [25]} / Precise strike {+5 damage}

I don't know wether will will get higher than this level but would welcome ideas on how to finish this build.

NOTE: GM allowed cutlass (my black blade) to work with dervish dance as its same stats and all that.

I'm also thinking to grab the extra arcana feat to nab some spell blending for mage armor and touch of fatigue, so thats potentially the level 7 feat taken but as for the rest i really don't know and would like some input.

My character will have a harakami to start until he nabs mage armor, via a wand or something.
I'm also using the starting money to grab 5 lv1 pearls of power.
with buying some other trinkets, i'm left with 900 gp. (Starting gold is 6000).

So End result is at level 4, he has 32 HP and 19 AC. (which can be buffed to 23 AC with the shield spell).

Speaking of spells, which sadly I'llbe short on as I understand it I would like some opinions of my choices and what I should put into ym spellbook.

Prepared I thought:
0 - Arcane mark / Dancing Lights / Spark
1 - Shocking grasp / Shield / Grease
2 - Mirror Image

With 5 pearls of power I should be able to stay afloat for the day.

If you need any other bits of info don't hesistate to ask, I'm really curious wether I'm just trying to do too much or not here.
