You can take class feats that use spell points (e.g., basic domain, advanced domain, etc.). Those usually increase your spell point pool by the number of spell points required to use the ability. You can bump your WIS up since the base allotment of spell points is equal to the stat's modifier. Thus you can do 4sp at L1 (starting 18 WIS), 5sp at L10, 6sp at L14 (with the WIS bumping item), and 7sp at L20. You can also multi-class into wizard an pick up wizard feats that give SP. In that case you get the SP increase and can have your SP base off of INT or WIS (whichever is higher). I have a paladin with almost no CHA (original class SP stat) who multi-classed into cleric and grabbed domain powers there (swapping SP to WIS, which was higher, and increasing the pool by 1).
