Raging Resistance 9th
You gain resistance equal to your Constitution modifier(minimum 0) to two damage types based on your totem.
Are those resistances always active, or are they active only when the Barbarian is Raging? This is unclear to me - thanks for clearing this up!!
Oh, wow, that's quite the omission. RAI is clearly that they only apply during rage, but by current RAW they always apply, since it never bothers to say "while raging."
