If we are done with Chapter 1, should we continue on now to Chapter 2 or wait until after the surveys go up?

You can do that, and just wait to fill out the surveys later. Or you could play some Pathfinder Society scenarios, and report on those.

Thanks for the ideas, but I was hoping for someone at Paizo to state a preference.
