Bard Healing?

I feel like I'm just missing something but is there a way for Bards to heal? I have a friend who wants to play Bard and have access to healing.

Soothe spell, and if you need to be the primary healer Spontaneous Heighten it.

Bards also have Restoration and Restore Senses on their spell list.
