I was compiling a list for personal use so I thought of sharing. This is the list of current Spells (no powers, no compositions) that you can cast with a single action
HARM Lv1
HEAL Lv 1
HYPERCOGNITION Lv 3
JUMP Lv 1
MAGIC MISSILE Lv 1 (you really shouldn't)
MESSAGE Cantrip
POWER WORD BLIND Lv 7
POWER WORD KILL Lv 9
POWER WORD STUN Lv 8
SHIELD Cantrip
TRUE STRIKE Lv 1
WAKING NIGHTMARE Lv 1

I definitely went right to this kind of analysis after my first read through of the book. Trying to find how to juice the most value out of my actions. Of note, many of the 1 action spells are verbal casting only, making them an excellent fit on 2-handed weapon wielders that may have multiclassed into spellcasting (or are natively casters pursuing a 2-handed fighting strategy):
HARM Lv1 (Somatic)
HEAL Lv 1 (Somatic)
HYPERCOGNITION Lv 3 (Verbal)
JUMP Lv 1 (Somatic)
MAGIC MISSILE Lv 1 (you really shouldn't) (Verbal)
MESSAGE Cantrip (Verbal)
POWER WORD BLIND Lv 7 (Verbal)
POWER WORD KILL Lv 9 (Verbal)
POWER WORD STUN Lv 8 (Verbal)
SHIELD Cantrip (Verbal)
TRUE STRIKE Lv 1 (Verbal)
WAKING NIGHTMARE Lv 1 (Somatic)
Particularly useful are Shield and True Strike. Shield is available to block less often, but it doesn't require you to make a trade off for damage, the way switching to a real shield + 1handed weapon would. True Strike is absurdly good in this world of low accuracy, granting anywhere from +3 to +5 effective bonus to hit and stacking with any other buffs (ie. heroism).

Full attack routine of my Imperial Sorcer Gish
True strike -> Magical Striker -> two handed smash -> shield
For less nova you can sub True Strike with Ancestral Surge just to trigger Magical Striker off your otherwise kinda usless Spell Points.
I'm debating if upgrading the two handed smash to a power attack is worth the feat for after the shield is broken. Unless they fix at least the scaling at level 10 for multiclass I don't think is worth.

Don't forget reaction spells. There are very few, but some are quite nice.
Air Bubble (level 1)
Breath of Life (Level 5, save a life)
Drop Dead (level 5)
Feather Fall (Level 1)
Shadow Siphon (Level 5, sounds awesome in theory)
I made a convenient list containing all spells and powers including number of action, if you're intereted.
