I'm not a VA, but I am a subscriber who's also curious about when the latest two scenarios will actually unlock. It's odd to think that if I *weren't* a subscriber I'd have had them days ago.

I called customer service and Sam said that she's tracking the issue to see how widespread it is. Apparently some people got the scenarios, but not everyone.
I have run out of time. I have other things to do before I go to the store, and cannot prepare 10-02 for tonight. I'm retired and paying $5 because someone didn't do their job is not an option.

Hello All!
I'm sorry this has been so hectic for you all. I had been seeing this thread, but unfortunately I needed input from other areas of the company in order to figure out how to best resolve this issue! As 3 Customer Service Reps were the only people in the office through the entirety of the weekend and we have minimal staffing resources during GenCon, I did not have the resources to track down how our VAs had been missed.
What we have decided to do at this point is I will be spending some time tracking down the threads which contain people who are having this issue and granting the PDFs manually. This is obviously not the most ideal solution, as I can only grant to those who have informed me they are missing the products, and this process will take some time.
I have granted all of the missing scenarios to Scott, The Masked Ferret, and Magabeus. To John, and other subscription holders, I will look into your situation next!
I want to thank all of your for your patience. We are still a team of 3 today, but we are going to give you the best support we can!

If some of us (like me ;) don’t have a thread going, is it safe to assume that there’s a plan to “re-run the script” to generate orders for everyone. I don’t have an immediate event to support, so not in a rush, but would like to be sure I don’t miss out.

Yes, I will be asking for a more automatic process or otherwise complete list of those who are missing the PDF, but this cannot be accomplished until the staff who can be consulted about this have returned. Letting us know who you are here will give me some accounts to check back on once we have done so to ensure that we were as thorough as possible.

Hello All!
We are currently setting up to run the granting of these items to VAs. Once it is done I will check on some of your accounts to ensure that it has granted correctly.
To subscribers: It is a different system to grant subscription items. We are currently looking into when this can be accomplished. Thank you for your patience and I will update this thread when it has been taken care of.
I want to thank you all for organizing so well and being patient while we have been figuring out what is going on. It seems the release being timed all too well with GenCon may have caused the initial oversight and is not helping with resolving it. You guys are great!

Thank you for your hard work and dedication, and a double thank you for manually granting me the scenarios. It was my intention just to bring it to CS's attention, as i know Gencon is insane for you guys. It was probably the same database glitch that happened July 26th. I hope things get easier soon!

We have run the process which should have granted the scenarios to all VAs. If you are a VA, please let us know if this has not been granted to you yet.
Subscribers, due to the differences in how the orders are created for you, we will need some assistance setting up this process for granting from those returning from GenCon tomorrow. Thank you for your continued patience.

Thank you for resolving this issue and then following up to make sure it will be truly resolved for everyone. As someone with four decades of experience designing, developing and maintaining systems, I know you were caught in the middle without proper support. I think management understaffed the home office during GenCon after allowing untested changes to the scenario release process to be committed to the release branch.

Thanks for your concern. I was going to be the 2nd GM for the scenario if all 8 players that signed up showed up. As I wrote at 3pm, I had a hard stop at 3pm, so I could not GM. I really needed the scenario by noon in order to prepare.

Hello All,
Here is a more specific timeline for the granting of scenarios for subscription holders:
We are expecting the Society Scenarios to be granted for subscribers on Wednesday or Thursday, so weekend gamers should have access to the scenarios. This is when we will have the people in the office we need to run the granting report. Thank you for your patience!

Welp, the report to generate the orders is taking longer than expected, which probably should have been expected. :-/ I'm going to let it run, and then hit the big button to fulfill them when I get in tomorrow morning. I believe a lot of the Starfinder scenarios are fulfilling automatically, but that second report is the one that should go through all of them.

#1-20 and #1-21 still haven't unlocked for me. Specifically, they say "Will be added to your My Downloads Page immediately upon purchase of ["9" or "Sorrow" respectively]." The Ongoing Subscription page says the same thing.
