I was always under the impression that both of these, being FORCE effects, applied to TOUCH armor class as well, especially since Shield spell blocks Magic Missile.
My local Event Co-coordinator has ruled otherwise, saying they ONLY block Incorporeal touch attacks but not others, like Ray of Frost, Acid Splash, Scorching Ray, Guns (point blank) etc.
I GM 3 Pathfinder home games as well, but before I switch tracks I'd like some other GM's to confirm the EC is right. I'm not really asking for an explanation, just for several other seasoned GM's to confirm what the EC decided...

As it says in the spells (& did likewise in D&D 3.5):
This bonus applies against incorporeal touch attacks, since it is a force effect.
Since mage armor is made of force, incorporeal creatures can't bypass it the way they do normal armor.
A bonus vs. incorporeal touch only, not all touch attacks sorry.

Well I appreciate all of your responses, but only 1 of you is a GM and that one is only a 1 Star GM.
I would really like to hear from some experienced GM's before making a decision.
If you want a PFS approved GM's answer, shouldn't you post in the PFS forum? Gisher, avr, blahpers are all frequent posters here and I believe they are highly respected. I've also been playing D&D since it was new, and Pathfinder for a good 6 years now. Everything said in this thread seems legit to me.
Also there isn't a single descending opinion posted. That says a lot. If someone made a mistake or there was any argument over the interpretation lots of people would be posting contrary opinions. Take a look at the thread on Hide From Undead vs Glitter Dust if you want to see what that is like.
