Can you remove the Nauseated condition caused by the Dirty Trick Master feat with a standard action?

Rules Questions

The Nauseated condition states you can only take move actions, but the Dirty Trick Master feat states this:

"This worsened condition replaces the previous dirty trick condition, and lasts for the duration of the dirty trick (including any rounds remaining from the previous dirty trick condition) or until the opponent uses a standard action to remove the condition (whichever comes first)."

Are you stuck with the condition until the timer runs out, or does the use of the Dirty Trick manouver allow you to clear the nauseated condition despite only being able to perform move actions normally?

You're stuck. The dazed condition is even better---no actions at all!

Dirty Trick Master allows you to worsen the sickened condition caused by your Dirty Trick to become nauseated (you cannot worsen a sickened condition to nauseated if the sickened condition was caused by a source other than your Dirty Trick though - for example, if the target was sickened by a Ray of Sickening spell, you could not use Dirty Trick Master to worsen that condition to nauseated - you can only worsen the conditions from your Dirty Trick). While nauseated, you have a move action only. Greater Dirty Trick causes the debuff to be removed with a Standard action.

So if you're nauseated by a Greater Dirty Trick Master, it lasts 1d4+1, and you cannot remove it (because you can't take a standard action).

There are some complicated ways of removing it which amount to being prepared against this specifically, and while it specifies the opponent removing the condition I suspect an adjacent ally might be able to remove it also. Maybe a familiar if they have hands.

Without thinking outside the box you can't remove the nauseated condition here though no.

Best way is to worship Cayden and have quick channels. There is a feat that allows variants to be used occasionally too, so you could just save that for party wide nausea.

Past that I agree standard action from a friend would do too.

Scarab Sages

Accelerated Drinker and a potion of remove sickness. It takes two rounds (unless you happen to be holding the potion when you’re first nauseated), but it works. Kind of a niche reason to take the trait, but for my characters that have the trait anyway, I carry that potion just in case.

Or a Medlance, if allowed.
