Hmm... not sure about level beyond Shaping Focus, but the Druid's Vestments can net you an additional use per-day, and that might be handy. If your GM allows custom item crafting, it might be worth comparing a Wild Shape improvement to the Monk's Robe. (Body Slot items are appropriate for improving class abilities, and there *is* precedent for that sort of thing, so it's not as out-of-line as it could be.)

I'd call a decent Homebrew feat to be to compare boon companion. You gain +4 levels to a specific class feature up to your maximum character level, to let it advance at normal pace even though you multiclassed out of it. For balance, consider the exact number of bonus levels the feat gains to be adjustable by the DM, since animal companions aren't that good +4 levels is not very important honestly. +4 levels to wildshape might be worth more, such as +2/feat and let you take two.

May I ask whether you have looked into Plant-specific Archetypes? They do not increase Druid Level but can grant Plant-based Wild Shaping earlier. The Leshy Warden Archetype grants the use of Plant Shape based Wild Shaping 2 Levels early, (6/8/10 instead of 8/10/12), at the cost of -2 Levels for determining the number of times Wild Shape can be used. Depending on if she is an Elf, she could take the Treesinger Archetype : it grants a limited Plant Shape based Wild Shape at Druid 4; the rest remains the same and you can only take Plant form, however there are no Penalties to Druid Level for determining Wild Shape use. Couple either with the Druid's Vestments mentioned by @GM Rednal to get an additional use of Wild Shape.
I am surprised that there is not much out there for this - Animal-based Druids can take Animal Shaman Archetypes and gain a +5 to Druid Level for that specific form using a Animal Totem Tattoo. Quite a difference. :/ If you are already using non-Paizo material you might consider asking your G.M. to allow a Plant Shape variant.

Sorry for the delayed response. I had my computer in the shop.
Unfortunately it's pretty well-established that this character uses Druidic Herbalism for its nature bond, so replacing that with either of those archetypes would throw it out of whack. I should have mentioned this before.
Druid's Vestments have proven to be incredible. One more use per day has really helped a lot with this build. I highly recommend them.
