Getting Exotic Weapon Proficiency at first level with a + 0 BAB class at 1st level?

Does anyone know how to get an exotic weapon proficiency with a + 0 BAB class at first level?

Specifically a bastard sword.

Kensai magi get exotic weapon proficiency. Clerics, Warpriests, Inquisitors, Nature Priest Druids, Reliquarian Occultists and Zealot Vigilantes of the deities Arete or Nemyth Vaar would be proficient in the bastard sword as a deities favored weapon (other classes/archetypes might get this as well).

Is there anything in particular you are looking for?

There's a human alt race feature. Grants prof in 2 weapons. Trades away bonus feat

Military Tradition is the human alternative racial ability that grants EWP for two weapons.

Bladebound and Kensei stack. As does Bladebound and Bladed Scarf Dancing Magus, but that's a bladed scarf, not a bastard sword. Sentient scarf is always fun, though.
