Yes, you don not gain iteratives with your claws, but if you were to say use unarmed strikes, you could attack with them and gain iteratives, while treating your claws as secondary attacks.
Alternatively, what Chess said, shifter's fury gives you iteratives with 1 natural attack, while the others are treated as secondary.

Unless you have a special perk that does so, like the aforementioned Shifter's Fury, natural attacks never get iteration. Sadly.
At level 6, a shifter gains the ability to make several ferocious attacks with the same natural weapon. Instead of attacking with all her natural weapons, the shifter can choose a single natural weapon and make a full attack with that natural weapon, gaining a second iterative attack at a –5 as if it was a manufactured weapon. When she does so, all her other natural attacks count as secondary attacks and don’t benefit from shifter’s claws. At 11th level, she gains a third iterative attack at a –10 and at 16th level, she gains a fourth iterative attack at –15.
Sadly, this only works for ONE natural attack at a time. You're better off finding ways to increase your number of natural attacks than using that... Get a Rat Fang ring, and you're already up to as many attacks as the Fury would give you at level 11, but with full BAB on all. There's also a helm that gives you Gore, a cloak that gives you a Tentacle attack, and probably a host of other things. I think, at one point, I estimated I could get 26 natural attacks at level 20, by splashing this and that and a half-dozen items.

1 - Kitsune/Ring of the Rat Fangs - bite
3 - Kitsune Kyubii (third party stuff, obviously, but there's a slew of other ways to get them) - 2 claws - Add-on, Deliquescent Gloves for the acid
4 - Fleshwarped Scorpion Tail - sting
5 - White-haired Witch - Hair attack (If you only take one level, it's basically a tentacle on your head)
6 - Helm of the Mammoth Lord - gore
7 - Tentacle Cloak - A tentacle, obviously
10 - Aberrant Aegis (at first level) - more tentacles (And grab)
13 - Synthesist Summoner - Yet MORE tentacles
14 - Second level of Aberrant Aegis - another tentacle
15 - Third level of Aberrant Aegis - Another stinger
I know there was more, but I'm just gonna stop here, since that's 15 of the things at level 5, though at JUST level five you probably won't have most of the money needed. :P Admittedly, MOST of them are secondarys (all but the Bite and Claws), but one feat mitigates most of the penalty from that. I'm also sick, and don't feel like hunting for the other FAQ I found that gave me yet MORE.

I always assume "no mentioned limit" means "limit one to a customer", but... teeeeechnically, you're correct. You could ALSO use Inscribe Magical Tattoo to get another cloak. But money gets tight after the fifth or sixth tail, and nobody wants to talk to the freak. :P
