Had an idea for a Stonelord after looking at this; Best Two Weapon Fighter Build
I like the idea, but I'm not after optimization, just some fun so I came up with this.
Dwarf Paladin (Stonelord)
Str 16
Dex 15
Con 16
Int 10
Wis 14
Cha 12
1- Improved Shield Bash
3- Improved Two Weapon Fighting
5- Double Slice
From what I'm reading of the Stonelord, I can pretty much eschew Charisma, except when involving lay on hands, though I'm not sure what stats I should really focus on. I really want to utilize a (possibly spiked) shield and dwarven waraxe.
What would you guys recommend on this build?

How are you getting Improved Two Weapon Fighting without Two Weapon Fighting? Or a Dex high enough to get either one?
You're right! ITWF was supposed to be TWF. I could probably swap Str & Dex. And in response to Alex Mack; if the Sword & Board wouldn't work then what should I do? I've not worked with Dwarves that much, so I'm not all-to-familiar with what they're capable of beyond fighters, barbarians, and clerics.
If I can, a heavy hitting tank is what I'd like to make. I could make a Goliath Druid. The focus there would be reserving spells for buffing while I wildshape into a Troll and beat the snot out of baddies with a Shillelagh.

Yeah - unlike the fighter on that link, you don't really get enough feats to do this.
Remembering the prereqs you might be looking at
1: TWF
3: Improved shield bash
5: Double slice
7: Improved TWF (assuming you have a +2 dex from a magic item or something by now)
9: Shield slam
11: Shield master
13: Greater TWF
15: Two-weapon rend
You'd be spending all your feats on this tactic and still would be well behind a class better suited to this combat style (fighter, slayer, ranger, warpriest, nature fang druid, or even a rogue or warsighted oracle).

If you're just interested in a 2WF Dwarf, I'd recommend the Foehammer Fighter archetype. You'll get the feats you need for 2WF, and at level 9, they get Rhythmic Blows, which is essentially the Hammer the Gap feat, which was made for 2WF builds, meaning you can combine them and actually have a decent build around Hammer the Gap. If you really wanted to play a Paladin, too, you might actually have enough feats to afford to VMC into Paladin, which will get you At Will Detect Evil at 3rd level, Lay on Hands at 7th level, Smite Evil at 11th level, and then a Mercy and Divine Bond at 15th and 19th levels respectively.

I think I'll save the Tortured Crusader for an Aasimar I once made. A Paladin lost in a world without gods. Friend's homebrew world.
I'll begrudgingly side with the foehammer as it is what I'm looking for; a Heavy-hitting Tank.
I can go from there, but I'll definitely have to work out my stats.
Dwarf Foehammer 6 (+1 to Dex)
Str 17 Int 8
Dex 15 Wis 14
Con 16 Cha 8
Feats;
1- Two Weapon Fighting, Improved Shield Bash
2- Double Slice
3- Shield Focus
4- Missile Shield
5- Weapon Focus (Shield)
6- Hammer the Gap
From there I could go with Shield Slam, Disruptive (+1 Dex at lvl 8), Improved Two Weapon Fighting, Weapon Spec (Shield), Spellbreaker, Shield Master, Ray Shield, and Two Weapon Rend. Does that look like a better build?
