Not quite a deity, but Black Butterfly, the empyreal lord, offers both those domains. And I think Pathfinder rules do require that a cleric be backed by someone or -thing. At the very least, there are a lot of quasi- and demi-powers floating around for a player to choose from.

A deity is necessary in PFS and IIRC Golarion as written. Not necessarily by the CRB, which says: "While the vast majority of clerics revere a specific deity, a small number dedicate themselves to a divine concept worthy of devotion—such as battle, death, justice, or knowledge—free of a deific abstraction. (Work with your GM if you prefer this path to selecting a specific deity.)"
Shadowmehr's correct about the Black Butterfly.
You could also ask your GM about the "philosophy cleric" and be prepared to make a good case for the character concept and why it requires those two domains. Be prepared to forfeit favoured weapon.
Or you could be a Separatist of any Good deity with the Void domain at reduced power, or a CG Separatist of Azathoth, Yog-Sothoth, or Groetus (all CN deities with the Void domain) with the Good domain at reduced power.

Yeah, if you need to cast Lawful spells then your options are a philosophy cleric or the Separatist.
Tsukiyo (LG) might be a thematic choice for a Separatist, since he's associated with the moon and spirits and has the Darkness and Madness domains.
As an aside, while I am fine with philosphy clerics in my campaigns I do support a GM's right to disallow them on thematic grounds, such as if they want to convey something about the nature of divine power in the setting.

You can cast lawful spells as a follower of the Black Butterfly if you also take the Empyreal Pantheon trait from Distant Shores.
Your faith in the empyreal lords accommodates numerous gods, and you are gifted at adapting their wide variety of focuses and lessons to your own life. Select either the law or chaos alignment descriptor. You may cast spells with that descriptor, even if your alignment or that of your god would normally not allow it. Doing so applies the good descriptor to the spell if it does not already apply.
