Hexenhammer + Dazzling Display = Mass Evil Eye?

So, contemplating a Hexenhammer, the first ability says "As a standard action, when i demoralize an enemy, i can instead apply the Evil Eye hex." or something to that effect.

If i use Dazzling Display, does the Hexenhammer ability enable me to Evil everyone that's affected by my Dazzling Display? Or am i interpreting it wrong?

Dazzling display usually takes a full round action. If you get it down to a standard action, sure IMO.

dip 2 levels into Order of the Cockatrice caviler will get you dazzling display as a standard action, just make sure you get the cackling hex so you can make the evil eye last forever

^A Hexenhammer Inquisitor can't get the Cackle Hex (it isn't in their list of Hexes) unless they dip Witch 1 or Shaman 2 (or go VMC Witch, but VMC Witch is just BAD).

VMC Cavalier (Order of the Cockatrice) would also do it, although having to wait until 7th level for Standard Action Dazzling Display hurts (although I suppose you could dip 2 levels of Cavalier (Order of the Cockatrice), go Inquisitor thereafter, and then at 7th level, retrain those levels into more Inquisitor levels and retrain your 3rd level feat into the first part of your VMC).

Oddly, I can find a few ways to get Dazzling Display down to less than a Standard Action, but not down to exactly a Standard Action, so these won't work.
