How are you getting both spell focus and greater spell focus at level 1 as a half-elf?

Our GM said we receive 1 additional feat at level 1

At level 15 you might want quicken spell. If nothing else you could use it for quickened placebo effect when some condition is stopping most of your spellcasting, and with well-chosen low level spells there are plenty of other uses.

You could also go with the metamagic Logical Spell

I always feel like full spellcasters gain a lot from spell perfection, but it requires 3 metamagic feats, so it would be a change from what you have planned.

However, with double value from numerical feats (+2 more DC from focus feats) and a free metamagic spell adds a lot of power

I always thought there was a drawback with spontaneous casters and quicken metamagic, so it was no option for me.

Logical Spell is a good option.

Spell Perfection was too feat heavy in my opinion.

Spontaneous spellcasters use quicken spell just fine.

Special: You can apply the effects of this feat to a spell cast spontaneously, so long as it has a casting time that is not more than 1 full-round action, without increasing the spell's casting time.

I always liked logical spell on a rod. Your time under the effects of any spellcasting debilitation should be limited so a rod should be enough. Seconding the Quicken spell. In fact I would take it at level 13

Now there's a creative way to subtly encourage non-human characters if I've ever seen one.

Honestly, you're a 9-level intelligence-based spellcaster with maximum starting intelligence. That's going to be pretty solid, and it's more your spells known that should be the focus of your attention. The point about quickened spell is a good one; definitely a must-have at higher levels.

It's not too hard to come up with 3 really good metamagic feats - like quicken, persistent, and dazing.

No but it takes 3 Feats that's the reason why I don't like regardless of beeing pretty awesome.
