I don't think there is enough demand for a pathfinder AP to cover the cost of developing it for roll20. 5e is kind of huge right now, and it doesn't have a ton of content. So it has high demand with low cost.
Most of the pathfinder in roll20 doesn't even use APs. It's mostly home brew stuff. I know because I'm often looking for pathfinder games in my limited time slots and prefer to play in APs.

Paizo did partnerships with Fantasy Grounds and D20Pro and said in that thread Roll20 was coming. We may still see it at some point.

As someone who runs aps in roll20 and while I don't use "looking for games" button I do check it once in while, there are quite lot of people who try to run aps every month :P Like sure at one time there are more homebrew games available, but at same time there is always at least one of aps available(usually in 3 pages worth of games, there are like 3 games or so so I'd guess out of head that its 1 in 10 games ratio in month), so there are lot of people running aps in roll20.
Also as someone who runs all his games in roll20, I'd really really really be happy to pay paizo to have prep and jukebox playlist already made to save prepping time xP
