Spells from Scroll DC

I have a question about the DC of scroll spells.
Are the DCs 11 , 12 and 13 (1-3).
Or 11, 13 and 14 because of the minimum stat requirements?

The DCs of spells is 10 + spell level + relevant ability modifier.

Scrolls are manufactured assuming the minimum ability core required to cast spells of that level.

For example a level 5 spell requires a 15 in the relevant casting stat to cast. Which would be a +2 modifier. So the save would be 10 + 5 + 2 for 17.

Exactly this, but you can ease the maths with the following formula :

scroll DC = 10 + spell level x 1.5
