For PFS, I was considering a pure Goliath Druid. However, being able to have rage rounds and heavy armor/martial weapon proficiency via a small dip seems like a solid option (especially since I was planning on taking Heavy Armor Prof anyways). With Shaping Focus, I still maintain my Goliath Druid Wildshape progression. Limited rage rounds simply means I use them when in a position to strike vs immediately at the beginning of a fight.
STR 19 (+2 race)
DEX 14
CON 14
INT 8
WIS 13
CHA 7
Racial: Sacred Tattoo, Skilled
Trait: Fate’s Favored, Berserker of the Society
L1 Armored Hulk Barbarian
Feat: Combat Reflexes
L2 Goliath Druid w/ Growth Domain
L3 Armored Hulk Barbarian
+5’ speed while wearing medium or heavy armor
Feat: Power Attack
Rage Power: Superstition or Reckless Abandon?
L4 Goliath Druid
+1 STR
L5 Goliath Druid
(Burner Feat)
L6 Goliath Druid
(Retrain Burner Feat >> Shaping Focus: Now can Giant Shape)
L7 Goliath Druid
Feat: Furious Focus
L8 Goliath Druid
+1 WIS
L9 Goliath Druid
Feat: Open
L10 Goliath Druid
Retrain Growth Domain into Rage Domain. Rage rounds now go from 11/day to 19/day.
L11 Goliath Druid
Feat: Improved Critical
Since I'd only take this character through L11, I'm not looking past that. The barbarian levels keep me a strong melee fighter at low levels, the giant shape (+rage) makes me reach 2H smasher from L6 onwards. All the way through, I'll have access to Druid buffs and situational spells.
Thoughts?

Are there some high movment speed trolls and other humanoids? This would allow you to skip the second level dip.
I would consider taking extra rage and not retraining your domain.
I would also consider a steelblooded bloodrager. Potentially with the Id rager archtype. Dedication will increase your weapon size, and help you hit. The dip will also give you access to a number of wands for things like blade lash. With the addition of a bloodline power this seems like a clear winner to me.

@grandlounge: There are 40' speed giant forms I could take (but not til sixth level). I could swap out Combat Reflexes at L1 with Extra Rage. Thank you for pointing out Bloodrager vs Barbarian, which I am seriously considering now! With a Steelblood/Id Rager: since I'd have so few rounds of rage, Dedication doesn't seem like it would be ideal since I'd need to rage (first round), wait to be attacked, then counter attack (second round), meaning I wouldn't gain any benefits until the second round...unless being attacked pre-rage counts?
@Abraham: With few rage rounds, I'd cast any necessary (if any spells) in the first round before going in. My low WIS means I'd stick to utility/buff spells out of combat or pre-rage. I'd only rage as necessary (i.e. when in position to strike or full attack).
@Deathless One: I'd take Growth until I hit Druid 8 and retrain into Rage.

I have 4 characters with 12 rounds of rage base + extra rage and I have never run out. Sometimes I skip raging if a combat seems easy.
With extra rage dedication will work fine I have it on an alchemist the extra damage from a huge weapon and +2 to attack in nice.
If you don't want that anger is a good option. Anger also gives you power attack which I think the build needs (but only while raging). You also get a free skill focus.
If that does not work many bloodline powers are good. Celestial, black blooded, abyssal, and naga are all decent options.

Ran my first game as a Steel Blooded Id Rager Blood Rager 1/Goliath Druid (Growth Domain) 1. I like the flexibility this combo offers because I can downshift and contribute via utility or meatshielding if I don't want to overshadow the party but still have the option to go full nova if the situation warrants. Thanks for the help, all.

Just wanted to quickly ask, how do you get to use 2 Archetypes for Blood Rager at the same time?
As long as neither archetype replaces or modifies the same abilities, you can 'stack' them together. This goes for the whole progression, not just X levels. If one replaces something past 5th level the same as another but you never intend to go past 5th level, you can't stack them.
