Dex to attack with longsword

Advice

Is there a way to use my Dexterity modifier to attack with a longsword? I ask because I plan to run a Dex-based Fighter. All help is appreciated.

There is the Fighter's Finesse Advanced Weapon Training Feat.

A dip in Swashbuckler, and then the feat slashing grace would do it.

Proficiency in the Aldori Dueling Sword just requires weapon finesse then. It's basically a finessable longsword, and is an exotic weapon.

The Westcrown devil prestige class from Adventurer's Guide gets it when used at one-handed at first level, but the already mentioned methods seem a better bet.

Medium characters can wield a Small longsword with Weapon Finesse since it's a light weapon for them.

Weapon finesse specifies that the weapon must be correctly sized for you.

Effortless Lace looks like it would do the trick.

Huh, never realized that. Good to know.

The sword devil ranger archetype gets to do it too.
