If I start out as a cross-blooded Sorcerer with the Draconic/Orc bloodlines and I take the 9th level bloodline power of the Orc (+2 Str which increases to +6 over time), can I also take the Improved Eldritch Heritage feat for the Abyssal bloodline and get the inherent Str bonuses provided by that bloodline and have them stack?
Assuming levels in Dragon Disciple advance both of my bloodlines (Draconic and Orc) I would eventually get +6 Str from Orc, +6 Str from Abyssal (through Improved Eldritch Heritage) and +4 Str from the Dragon Disciple stat boosts. Is this correct?

I would *definitely* run this past your GM first. If I were GMing, I'd rule that Dragon Disiciple *only* advances your Draconic bloodline (arguing that the prestige class didn't specify that it only advances one bloodline because the possibility of having multiple bloodlines didn't exist when the core rulebook came out). So I'd definitely check with your GM on how he's going to interpret the Blood of Dragons class feature for your character.

You don't have 2 bloodlines, you have 1 bloodline. DD advances your bloodline.

The only place crossblooded says that you have one bloodline is the flavor text. In fact, the mechanical portion of the archetype says...
A crossblooded sorcerer selects two different bloodlines. The sorcerer may gain access to the skills, feats, and some of the powers of both bloodlines she is descended from, but at the cost of reduced mental clarity and choice (see Drawbacks).

I'm with Chess Pwn. Crossblooded is a synthesis of 2 bloodlines. You pick and chose which bloodline powers from two sources, so it's a mix and match. You don't have both, if you had 2 you'd have both powers. Given the penalties for crossblooded, I wouldn't make it worse. Giving up 1 spell known per level is a huge hit.
