Ways for noncasters to use spells with a range of personal

Advice

I know of:

1. Use magic device skill, dc 20 to use a wand.
2. Ring of spell storing (or minor version) and a caster ally to store spells in it.

Any other methods?

Alchemist infusions I think, not that I've played many alchemists.

Scrolls, UMD DC 20 + CL.
There's some cases of potions which break the rules, e.g. a potion of see invisibility.
Share Spells on a companion of various kinds.
Distant Spell Link Feat to make share spells work at Close range.
It's quite unclear whether spell effects used on a possessed target stick with the body or the mind. If the former then Marionette Possession or similar can work.
Brown fur arcanists can cast personal polymorphs on allies at touch range from level 9 IIRC.
Alchemists can use touch injection and some gloves whose name I can't remember as well as infusions to deliver personal extracts to others.
Various permanent magic items (mainly wondrous items) allow the user to polymorph, see invisibility or otherwise use a personal-range effect.

Spellstoring Ioun Stone

There is also a Few PrCs that give SLAs that can have a range of personal.

But I think AVR and RDM covered most of it.

There's also a couple of feats that give spellcaster the ability to gain a Share Spells ability with their companions.
Bonded Mind and Share Spells, from Distant Shores.

Also the Imbue with Spell Ability spell.
A steelbound fighter can cast a spell up to 3rd level via their version of a black blade.

And if we've covered everything I'll be surprised.

Feats like Psychic Adept and Psychic Disciple give you a couple SLAs. In this case a Knack from the Psychic's list 3/day and a level 1 spell 2/day also from the Psychic's list.

The Cracked version of Vibrant Purple Prism Ioun Stone is a great price for level 1 spells.

I see that the Flawed version has the same price as the Normal version for a Vibrant Purple Prism Ioun Stone = 36,000 gp. The normal one works as a standard action, but the flawed one is a full round action. Why?

Shouldn't the Flawed version have a reduced price?
