I'm looking for anything in Pathfinder that mimics the ability the Diehard grants to stay conscious below 0 HP. Preferably via magic item or spell format as race and class is not subject to change. Ways to get orc blood without actually being that race is good too.

I've got a magic item that will do it for one round, or give you the feat if you have Orc blood. Hoping to find a way to use it on a Tiefling.
What class? I think hunter or druid might be able to get ferocity.
The orc sorcerer bloodline gives the orc type. You need the arcana so a sorcerer or a blood arcanist is the only way I think. If the character is a sorcerer an Ampoule of False Blood can change the bloodline temporarily.
The item you've got is the Talisman of the Orc Mother's Fury, right? If not take a look.
The Revenant Armor spell has an effect which is not totally unlike this. Not helpful for use with the talisman above I guess.
There are traits which give you a limited version (e.g. Broken, Not Beaten). If there's another trait you want Additional Traits can give you such a trait (and one more) without paying for Endurance as well.

The character is an Oracle with the Succor Mystery from healer's handbook, and the Spirit Guide archetype.

Yes, the Talisman of the Orc Mother's Fury is the item. Revenant armor is a good spell to keep in mind but doesn't quite fit what I need. Broken, not Beaten is a good find. I don't have a combat trait yet. Trying not to Multiclass or spend feats for the character.
