Hey. I really like this class but I have no idea on what to make it before it becomes this class. Any help or suggestions on what she should be beforehand?

Living Grimoire seems like a good lead into the prestige class to me. Martial and casting potential that stacks with the intelligence requirement of the Lantern Bearer.

My Lantern Bearer is Ranger 6/LB10. Tons of fun, though it can be star intensive, the spells have been amazing. Biggest issue you may have concerns the favored enemy and how it is acquired and how it stacks. Had 7 different opinions on that one...

It sounds like a Prestige Class for NPCs.

Special Ability: Really Shiny Light.
Special Ability: Monsters Don't Notice Me. (a.k.a. Kill the Adventurer's First)

I went with Ranger myself when I created mine.
