So I had the idea of running this character in PFS. Just for flavor, seeing as how I've been using a warhammer dwarf slayer model for him. He just hit lvl3 and I was wondering what can I do to make him mechanically a dwarf and an orc? And what advice do you have for making such a move 'worth it' from a numbers point of view?

Play a half-orc with Racial Heritage (dwarf) I guess? Then you can take options like Steel Soul, sacred tattoos and fate's favored all at once for the best saves around. If you're using a WH slayer mini then you might be playing a barbarian and so could tack superstition on top of all that.
No idea which of those options are PFS legal though.

Aye...though steel soul requires the 'hardy racial trait', which he wouldn't have. He could take glory of old with the feat 'extra traits'. And as he is an invulnerable rager, I could see defensive strategist being useful (not flat footed during surprise round that he hasn't acted in).
Something to think on....

Unfortunately you can't do that in PFS organized play, which is what the OP was asking about.
