Can you create a potion / oil of "Make Whole"?

Rules Questions

Hi,

is there any rule that prevents me from creating a potion or an oil of make whole?

I'm just asking, because it is not on the list of possible potions/oils presented on the PF SRD website.

Thank you!

Hm... targeting might be an issue.

To give to constructs to drink? That makes sense. Yeah, I can't think of why you couldn't do that.

PRD: A potion "can duplicate the effect of a spell of up to 3rd level that has a casting time of less than 1 minute and targets one or more creatures or objects." And make whole targets: "one object of up to 10 cu. ft./level or one construct creature of any size."

Yup. It works.

You can coat a broken item with oil, I think it should work.

Except Make Whole has a cast time of 10 minutes, same as Mending.

Agreed, the casting time ruins it.

Oils of make whole aren't possible.

Good catch! Missed that.

You can still try to talk your GM into allowing it to be a wondrous item, with the same effect as an oil, possibly with longer application time.

According to the MOST IMPORTANT RULE on page 9 of the Core Rules, yes.

I stab you with my oiled dagger, your shirt buttons reattach themselves.
