Any spell that serves as pedestal?

Our group will have at least 3 archers, one wizzard and two tanks. Thing is archers cant do well their job in small places where the guys in front of them hinder their targets.
Question is: There´s some low-level spell/domain/ability/school or whatever that raise the terrain or make a pedestal in order to make the archers shoot from a elevated place? I think a 5ft shold do fine.
I know they are spells like levitate and enlarge person but im looking for something that affects terrain.

Offhand, maybe one of the following:

• Expeditious Construction - only 3 feet high
  
• Groundswell - Second level spell, but 5 feet high.
  
• Floating Disk - Mobile with a long duration, but only 3 feet high and has a weight limit that might hurt at low levels.

Expeditious Excavation is also worth mentioning. It creates a trench to put your tanks in instead of a platform to put your archers on which solves your problem just fine. It's also a lot more versatile as a spell.

No, Precise Shot only lets you ignore the penalty caused by the target being engaged in combat. Targutai Minyatur is talking about the penalties due to cover, and Precise Shot doesn't help at all against those. Improved Precise Shot does, but many classes either can't qualify for that or qualify only at high levels.
