Worshiper of Winter - How would you play one?

Heya, how would you guys go about making a worshiper of winter? This is purely for funzies, and I'm genuinely curious as to how you would all do one.

For level mark, let's stick with the 5th. If you guys want to go fewer or more, go ahead.
All paizo content is open to use. No 3rd party stuff.

Winter Witch Archetype Witch, Winter Patron for the main class. Start off by dipping 1 level crossblooded sorcerer to get double dice count to damage and to grab Irrisen Icemage. After getting 3rd level witch spells go into winter witch PRC. Other than that generic blaster build culminating in spell perfection at lv15. Always add rime spell to every attack. Grab Spellfocus early and take Mage’s tattoo if human. Take Magical Knack and Magical Lineage for traits.

I'd do one of two possible things. One is I'd go with an Oracle with the Winter mystery, then stock up on every possible cold or wind based spell in the spell-list.

Two is become a Kineticist with water as my first choice. At seventh, I'd take air so I could have blizzard blast, and then finish up with water again at 15th so I could become a master of ice, wave, and wind. Basically, the character would become the physical embodiment of a Canadian port during a winter storm.

Another option would be an water kineticist taking cold blasts. You would eventually be able to make a reasonable facsimile of iceman from the X-MEN. Winter witch works better for Elsa though. It just depends on which way you want to go.
