Does the Uda Wendo archetype make the caster spirits more viable?

Advice

Since the Uda Wendo archetype grants access to domain spells, does this make it more viable as my main spirit? I am also wondering about the Arcmage's bonus to int skills and the archetype's ability to add your cha to knowledge skills.

Dot?

You're getting 1 extra spell known per spell level. While better, it's not something I'd consider being a game changer for how good the casting spirits are.

Yep! You're the most flexible 6/9 caster in the game. It does come at a cost- you don't get much by way of extra features. If that's an issue, Storyteller is basically the Bard/Arcanist hybrid. You can also go with VMC to grab some additional features from an external source, or an option-heavy race like kitsune.

Uda Wendo. And why is this considered to be the archetype of the strong?

Because it grants access to a domain and does not require a location to channel the spirit.

plus speak with dead and animals and plants and tongues and a bonus to knowledges.

I understand that access to the domain and his power archetype gets, even if the spirit of the champion is chosen? This greatly.
