So, i am confused about the Archetype, it says
Draconic Strike Replaces bonus feat gained at 3rd level
Draconic Presence replaces bonus feat gained at 5th level
Fighters dont get bonus feats at those levels, my own initial thought is that it is supposed to be 3rd bonus feat gained and then weapon training. Anyone got anything to help me out with this?

PFS has a campaign clarifications document, which is used to give some clarification on questionable stuff. Usually they have a talking to the author or something to base their decisions off of.
Anyways, that doc says, "The dragonheir scion gains fearful might at 2nd level. She gains draconic strike and draconic presence at 4th level and 6th level, respectively, replacing the fighter bonus feats she would normally gain at these levels."

My guess would be the bonus feats at 4th and 6th.
Both abilities give you something static (1d4 extra energy damage and a Bonus feat). Weapon Training is usually replaced with something that scales at the same levels when Weapon Training gets higher.
One could argue that it should be the Bonus feats at 2nd and 4th, but that would move Draconic Strike in front of Draconic Defenses at 3rd. I guess the order should be kept.

you do get a feat at third lvl and again at fifth lvl from Character Advancement these are not class based bonus feats but they are bonus feats everyone gets. so in a sense a fighter does get a bonus feat at 3rd lvl and 5th lvl as does everyone else. just look at Character Advancement you will see the feats they are talking about.

I'm sure we are all aware of the fact that you get feats at those levels, however they are not bonus feats, nor are they affected by class.
