Conductive: A conductive weapon is able to channel the energy of a spell-like or supernatural ability that relies on a melee or ranged touch attack to hit its target (such as from a cleric's domain granted power, sorcerer's bloodline power, oracle's mystery revelation, or wizard's arcane school power). When the wielder makes a successful attack of the appropriate type, he may choose to expend two uses of his magical ability to channel it through the weapon to the struck opponent, who takes the effects of the weapon attack and the special ability. (If the wielder has unlimited uses of a special ability, he may channel through the weapon every round.) For example, a paladin who strikes an undead opponent with her conductive greatsword can expend two uses of lay on hands ability (a supernatural melee touch attack) to deal greatsword damage and damage from one use of her lay on hands. This weapon property can only be used once per round, and only works with magical abilities of the same type as the weapon (melee or ranged).
A shocking or flaming weapon or glove doesn't count as spell-like ability or supernatural ability.
It it would be the energy of a spell like ability
That's just making an assumption that something that does damage and magical in nature is "the energy of a spell like ability" which doesn't exist in the rules. It's either declared a spell-like ability, or it isn't. A spell-like ability is ALMOST the equivalent of an actual spell casted, but even then it wouldn't work with a conductive weapon, even if the spell requires a touch attack (like shocking grasp); so a shocking/flaming glove or spiked gauntlet as weapon equivalent, or shocking/flaming amulet of mighty fists wouldn't work with conductive weapons either.

You can't legally put either the Shocking or Flaming enchantment on a glove, and even if you could it still wouldn't work with conductive.
Basically what you want are Deliquescent gloves but in a different energy type.

Asks if he can do it. Gets told no. Ignores what people say and does it anyway. What.
Sorry if this isn't helping, I just don't understand why someone would ask a question to clarify rules then deny what everyone else says anyway.
This isn't even a "maybe sorta could be taken that way". The conductive text explicitly states that it channels supernatural or spell-like abilities. Weapon enchantments are NOT supernatural or spell-like abilities.

Well SORRRRY.
I was just thinking that if you need to use spells in the enchantment then it would count as a spell-like ability, because you know, it is "spell-like" as in it is like a spell. And I also just thought that since to use the glove weapon you would need to touch them it would count.I am not denying what everyone else said, I am listening to what they said and I tried to come up with a different idea. I was taking what they said into consideration and thinking about it.
THANKYOU FOR YOUR HELP EVERYONE!!!
Ps sorry if I sounded rude reverie
