It would be 4 since that is your Intelligence Modifier with an 18 INT.
It is found on page 17 in the Core Rulebook or here

4, in addition to your 1 or 2 starting languages. You don't get fewer languages for having a negative INT modifier, unless you have an INT score of 2 or lower, which means you get no languages. You can get up to 1+INT modifier additional languages through retraining rules, on top of your base languages+INT modifier bonus languages+ranks in Linguistics.
That means that with your INT score of 18 (4), you could have up to 18 languages at level 1, if you played a Druid (1), selected Tengu or Aasimar with the Truespeaker alternate racial trait (2), took a rank in Linguistics (2), snagged the Cosmopolitan feat (2), selected two language-granting traits (2), and spent 100 days learning other languages (5). Granted, this isn't really something to optimize around.

I would actually recommend Paizo's PRD for noob-ish questions. The whole thing is clearly labeled by book and chapter. So, for this question, you just click on Core Rulebook > Getting Started; bam. Yes, the d20pfsrd has the same info (more or less), but I find the PRD easier to navigate as the pfsrd has things divided and combined in its own way. It's not bad, just different. You can get to Paizo's PRD by clicking on "Rules Archive (PRD)" on the left side of the page.
