So, I have been playing with different options for combining movement and attacks;
Pounce ability - Double move. Full attack AFTER movement only. No way to split attacks against targets in different areas.
Spring-Heeled Reaping feat - Double move. No AoOs from targets. Two attacks at full BAB, but must be different targets.
Dimensional Dervish feat - Double move (or less if dimension door / abundant step range is lower). No AoOs from movement. Full attack split between targets as desired.
Rapid Attack (Dawnflower Dervish Fighter) - Move. Full attack split between targets as desired, but highest BAB attack is removed.
Whirlwind Dance (Whirling Dervish Swashbuckler) - Move. Full attack, all at highest BAB, but each target can be hit only once.
Mocking Dance + Performing Combatant + Master Combat Performer feats - One move or 5' step per performance combat check. Full attack. Cannot predict when moves will occur and cannot end movement threatening any enemy.
Jabbing Dancer feat - One 5' step per hit. Full attack. Cannot predict when moves will occur and must end movement adjacent to enemy hit.
It doesn't seem like there is anything which quite gets you to the ideal of being able to split a full attack up as you wish while moving between opponents in different areas.
Dimensional Dervish would be perfect for a character with 'at will' dimension door, but as it stands it is a huge investment for an ability that you can only use for a few rounds per day. Mocking Dance works great for ranged attackers, but is useless for melee. Jabbing Dancer is crippled if the enemies are spread out (though reach can help). Whirlwind Dance can't do enough damage to any one foe to bring them down (abilities which allow AoO retaliation help). Et cetera.
Any comparable options that I am missing?

Being mounted + ranged generally. The Circling Mongoose feat is limited but useful to some especially TWF rogues. Flyby attack is only a single standard action but allows movement before and after; similarly ride-by attack, shot on the run. Far strike monks can get multiple attacks with that last. Unchained monks can move a little and full attack. Cleave isn't good but it's not a big investment either. A magus with spell combat and bladed dash gets attack once while moving and also to attack before or after the spell. A friendly sorcerer with telekinetic charge can be fun.
That's just off the top of my head, I'm sure there's more.

Pummeling Style/Charge is a legit option. Goes well with Dawnflower Dervish/Mobile Fighter as well as Dimensional Assault.
While not full attacks actions, Startoss Style and thr(Dwarf) cleave feats give you more attacks on the go.
The best your gonna get is Rapid attack with Twf and/or Haste/Boots of Speed(?)/A weapon with speed enchantment. All your attacks on the go, moving willy nilly. Spring-Heeled Style pairs nicely with this since you get a juicy attack roll bonus whenever you move for all your attacks, tho then you may wanna consider archery or two-handing a finesse weapon (Elven weapons or Advanced weapon training) to make better use of the style.

Panther style, though it's not a full attack, it's a "You attack me, I attack you" while you sprint across the battlefield.
That was the first thing I thought of, too. But it does have the same problem as
Whirlwind Dance (Whirling Dervish Swashbuckler) - Move. Full attack, all at highest BAB, but each target can be hit only once.
If you wanted to commit to Monk, Master of Many Styles, you could take Panther-Snake Style. You move around Combat, Provoking Attacks of Opportunity, and if those attacks miss, you get an Attack of Opportunity off of Snake Fang. That's 2 attacks/opponent.
Of course, both of those should stack with Whirling Dervish Swashbuckler, so that is 3 attacks/target.
Acquire a Crown of Swords. If the attack misses, Snake Fang. If the Attack Hits, a Sword made of Magical Force attacks the guy that hit you!
I'd love to do this as a Goblin. I'd take Roll With It and Tangle Feet. If I made my Acrobatics Check, I'll knock them Prone. If they get their AoO, Panther Claw. If the Attack Misses, Snake Fang. If the Attack hits, then Crown of Swords and Roll with it, which allows me to skitter off in the direction I choose, in the direction of even more targets to knock over and take free attacks on. I'll be a little green wrecking ball named Bonzai.
I have another suggestion. Great Cleave is just a Standard Action. Take your Move Action to position yourself in the middle of a big crowd of targets, then just hit them all.

There are various ways to improve 5' steps too; outslug sprint, advancing weapons/armor, following step.
Overrun + charge through + spiked destroyer or vicious stomp, or the trample ability on a druid or a mounted combatant.
If you are thinking Overrunning and spiked destroyer, then take a look at the Seigebreaker Fighter Archetype.

Lots of options, let's see;
Mounted Skirmisher feat - Mount's move. Full attack before or after movement. No way to split attacks against targets in different areas.
Mounted & Ranged attacks - Mount double move or quadruple speed. Full attack at half-way point of movement.
Panther Claw feat - Move or double move. Standard action attack or no attack, but can retaliate up to Wisdom mod times against AoOs.
Circling Mongoose feat - 5' step before each attack. Full attack against a single target.
Flyby attack, Ride-by attack, Spring attack, and Shot on the run - Move or double move. No AoO from target. Single attack.
Fast Thrower (Far Strike Monk) - Move. Up to three ranged attacks split between targets as desired.
Ki Hurricane (Unchained Monk) - Double move. Flurry of blows split between targets as desired. Each attack costs 1 ki point.
Flying kick (Unchained Monk) - Move up to fast movement bonus. Flurry of blows split between before and after move. First attack after move must be a kick.
Greater Bladed Dash spell - 30'. No AoO from movement. Attack each adjacent creature at full BAB. Only one round per casting.
Telekinetic Charge spell - 25 to 75'. Immediate action for one attack on caster's turn. Target can act normally on their turn. Only one round per casting.
Pummeling Charge feat - Double move. Full attack AFTER movement only. No way to split attacks against targets in different areas.
Whirlwind Blitz (Mobile Fighter) - Move. Full attack or Whirlwind attack before or after movement. No way to split attacks against targets in different areas.
Startoss shower feat - Move. Up to 5 ranged attacks at full BAB, but each target can only be hit once.
Cleave Through feat - Single 5' step. Keep attacking until miss or no more adjacent/threatened targets, but each target can only be hit once.
Charge Through + Spiked Destroyer or Vicious Stomp - Double move. Single attack if enemy overrun (for spiked destroyer) or knocked prone (for vicious stomp).
Snake Fang feat - Move or double move. Standard action attack or no attack, but can retaliate against missed AoOs up to limit of AoOs per round plus one.
Ki hurricane would be perfect except that you will quickly run out of ki. Mounted & Ranged is fine if you are in an area your mount can go. Flying kick is pretty good because you should seldom be able to take out all foes within reach of two locations (and thus need to move to a third) in a single round.

Charge through also gives you your charge attack, which may be a pounce if you have that ability as an animal totem barbarian or a druid or something. For those with feats to burn spiked destroyer and vicious stomp aren't mutually exclusive.
I had meant ordinary bladed dash - only one extra attack over the full attack that spell combat gives you, but it's available from character level 4. Greater adds more, true, but character level 13 is quite high level IMO.

Yes, many of these options (e.g. Charge Through + Pounce) can be combined. I have just been listing each feature which allows something close to 'full move and full attack'. All the combinations thereof would be a MUCH longer list. :]

There are less powerful versions of several of these (e.g. I originally listed only Spring-Heeled Reaping rather than it's Spring Attack / Shot on the Run pre-reqs), but again I was focusing on how close each could get to full move + full attack rather than when each comes on line... e.g. Whirlwind Blitz is a level 20 capstone ability which doesn't offer much more than Pounce, which can potentially be achieved at 1st level.

OK. One more BTW - the mesmerist trick compel alacrity is a 1/combat free action (not swift or immediate or 5' step, it's a free action) 10' move, +5' per 5 mesmerist levels. Can be used on the mesmerist themselves or one of their friends. At later levels the mesmerist can give a trick to more than one person in the combat (though not more than once/person).
