Take a level in Wizard?
Other than that, not sure one exists at all, at any level.
Which one do you want, exactly? Might be abilities that work similarly you could get.
Or you could play an School Savant Arcanist or Wizard and take Eldritch Heritage instead to do it the other way.
I want to be a pure Sorcerer with the Scyer subschool of Divination so that I can be a Human Sorcerer Eldritch Knight at Level 2 and up (Taking Martial Proficiency as Bonus Feat).

Just so you know, that manner of early entry has been errata'd to no longer work. Not sure if you're playing with that ruling or not, but there it is.
Also, the "Martial Proficiency" feat only gives you proficiency in one weapon.

I think you're working from an old FAQ.
Spell-Like Abilities, Casting, and Prerequisites: Does a creature with a spell-like ability count as being able to cast that spell for the purpose of prerequisites or requirements?
Only if the pre-requisite calls out the name of a spell explicitly. For instance, the Dimensional Agility feat (Ultimate Combat) has "ability to use the abundant step class feature or cast dimension door" as a prerequisite; a barghest has dimension door as a spell-like ability, so the barghest meets the "able to cast dimension door prerequisite for that feat. However, the barghest's dimension door would not meet requirements such as "Ability to cast 4th level spells" or "Ability to cast arcane spells".

Besides a pure sorcerer cannot become an Eldritch Knight as you need to be proficient in ALL Martial weapon. So you'll need to dip in another class sooner or later...warpriest could be a good choice.
Nope
1.VMC Battle Oracle.
2.Get the revalation that gives proficiency with all martial weapons
3.???
4.Profit

But then there goes the only way to get the wizard school power, which is what the OP wants.
So basically, I don't think there is any way around it. Though, OP, have you considered just...taking the level in Fighter or whatever? With Magical Knack, your caster level can keep up with a similarly level wizard. And it is barely a serious dip in spellcasting ability. Though no 9th level spells until 20th. But that's the nature of this kind of dip unfortunately.

Fair enough that's another option...if the GM allows VMC.
The advantage of the Warpriest is the Divine spell to self-buff and healig spell.
But regardless, he cannot be pure sorcerer and become an Eldritch Knight, he need those martial weapons.

Correct!
I confounded it with the familiar on level 3!My bad!
A good dip for EK is the Gunslinger/Mysterious Stranger imho.
