My Arrowsong Minstrel is going to get a higher Charisma score soon, and that might have implications for his spell list. There's this piece of text that might net me more spells on my spell list:
At 1st level, she selects a number of spells from the sorcerer/wizard spell list equal to her Charisma modifier (minimum 1) and adds them to her bard spell list as bard spells of the same level.
It clearly says at 1st level, but I know that getting your INT increased also leads to retroactively learning a new language, even though it says "starting languages" in the race selection. For a Barbarian's Rage and Bard's Performance rounds I could see this working, but I'd like to know for sure if this is also true. Getting extra spells on my spell list for free seems pretty bonkers. Might be a dumb question, but I'd like to make sure.

yes all bonus are retroactive. but that spell has to be one you where allowed to take at level 1.
Thanks for the clarification, but in this case, it doesn't matter, I think. The archetype doesn't restrict it to level 1 spells. I could add Fireball to my spells known at level 1 and only get it once I hit 7. Can't use it for 6 levels, but it's still on my list.
Consensus right now is one no, two yes, with no real clarifications from Paizo staff. I'll keep checking and just do what the majority thinks.

Not spelled out, but it's been advised (by Paizo staffers) that the simpliest would be to apply new spells.
Ditto on this, There is no FAQ on it that I know of but there are comments from the DEV team, in this message board from before FAQ system was even in place. This came up before because wizards gets x number of spells in their spell books at 1st level based on their INT.
