Creature creation rules are found in Alien archive, it's based upon level and the array you pick.

Anyway, my question is about the new iconic characters (Biohacker, Vanguard & Witchwarper). May I ask why they went with another Kasatha, Lashunta and Human instead of a trio of brand-new alien races, new races found in Alien Archives or legacy races?

My guess would be for Society play, as they only allow the races from the CRB and Izalguun to be used.
