I saw the thread title, remembered, got excited, clicked to post, read the thread . . . .
EPIC FAIL.
I think you're out of luck, chief.
Closest you could probably get would be to take an existing golem type and break it down by HD so that you can level up, but that totally excludes the transformational aspect you're looking for . . . .
Sorry, bruh.

Your GM okay with homebrewing at all?
Build a story feat that "ultimates" with you becoming a construct. Got to eat one sword per HD per XP level gain (Hurray, blood toxicity!!), or something. But not all at once -- just before you gain the following level.
But that's a bit ridiculous.
If your GM is anti-3.5, I think you'll have to go another way -- different character concept altogether.

Unchained Synthesist Summoner with Inevitable can get you something similar, I suppose. Impossible bloodline on Sorc can actually do it at 16th with the bloodline robes (GM willing), but that's still pretty late. Psychic can transfer their consciousness into a robot at 20th if you're allowed to use the retraining rules (the ability can't even be taken without those rules).

The book Deep Magic has the Clockworker wizard archetype which becomes a construct at 20th level.

The Artificial Ascension Psi-tech will allow you to turn yourself into an AI and upload into a robot body. That will do it.
