Need help with creating gunslinger

Advice

Hello guys, today i've desided to generate a goblin pistoliero to help one of my PC develop (or maybe even finish) her backstory line.
I need a good headhunter, that'll be able to kill or seriously harm 13 level PC slayer(10) warlord (1) umbral blade (2)
always wear and keep active ring of invisibility and abuse Vital strike feat chain plus she's pretty sneaky (and by pretty i mean that she doesn't even need that invisibility to be unnoticed).
So i need something that'll keep her busy for at least a few rounds and may be even knocks her out while the other PC saves her.

Oh, and she's an elf.

PB: 25
race: Goblin
Gunslinger focused on pistols.

would love to hear some advice or may be even a ready character.

Thank you.

Remind me again what choices went into making a gunslinger? All jesting aside, will this goblin be alone in the encounter or will he have backup? Is he expected to fight the elf alone or does he have to survive the party's attacks while attacking her?

Some general advice: gunslinger NPCs are quite easy to stat out, as the class has very few choices in it. To counter her use of invisibility specifically, try looking into some magic items powered by spells like "see inivibility" or "true seeing". Failing that you could have the goblin know how to use a few scrolls of glitter dust to detect her, or keep a few dogs (as they have scent).

*Edit: can't believe I recommend a dog to a goblin XD, if you need something that fits the flavour I can't think of anything off of the top of my head. Good luck!

A martial character with one-handed missile weapons probably isn't the best for taking on an always-invisible character. You'd need some odd magic item just to have a chance - a Mask of the Mantis for example.

Gunslingers have perception as a class skill and some reason to raise Wis, so actually spotting her may be doable.

The Twin Shot Knockdown deed should help to keep her busy. You may want to get Signature Deed on that.

That must be a gunslinger, yes. Goblin'll be alone. He'll be fighting 1v1 for a first few rounds, may be minute.

the problem's that she have Really high stealth bonus.

Could you please be little more specific, have not seen that deet, to be honest.

Read the Pistolero archetype you referred to in the OP - it's the level 11 deed the archetype gets.

Sounds like a good opportunity for two characters to be in a stealth stand-off. The goblin should set some sort of trap and then use his ridiculously high stealth rating to snipe at her when she comes to trigger it.

A character of that high a level should absolutely already have a means of dealing with invisible opponents - potions of see invisibility are a trivial cost at 13th level and frankly every character of that level should have a couple along with a few other utility potions / scrolls.

See invisibility is personal only and so is not a valid potion. Also a hide-and-seek game for which you might not know the start and end, is not a good place for potions or similar.

A stealthy high level slayer can probably deal with traps in her sleep. Which is actually the best time to try and ambush her normally.
